Today I cooked the recipe from a cookbook that my mother brought me as a gift, I couldn't resist when I saw the appetizing meatballs ... I highly recommend them, they are incredibly tasty!
- 100 gr flour
- 1 box of boiled corn (mine had 320 gr Lidl)
- 120 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 20 gr butter
- 50 gr grated cheese
- 50 gr parmesan
- extra parmesan for powdering
- frying oil
Servings: 6
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Meat and cheese meatballs:
1. Mix milk, eggs, melted butter. Put the flour in a large bowl, make a hole in the middle, add the milk mixture.
2. Add the lightly crushed corn in a blender, cheese and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
3. In the hot oil, put lumps of dough with a spoon and leave until golden. Remove on paper towels. I powdered them with Parmesan before.
A goodness!
