Sea buckthorn mousse ingredients

Preparation of sea buckthorn mousse:

Gelatin pour 250 ml. water, leave to swell.

Rinse sea buckthorn, dry, crush, pass through a sieve.

Press the cake into the stewpan, pour 750 ml. water, bring to a boil, drain, throw the cake. Add sea buckthorn juice and sugar to the broth, stirring to bring to a boil.

Dilute gelatin with a hot (not boiling water) broth until completely dissolved. Pour dissolved gelatin into the remaining sea buckthorn broth, mix. Pour into a bowl and let cool completely.

Pour ice into a bowl, put the sea buckthorn future mousse on top and beat for 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and beat again for about 5 minutes.

Thus, due to ice, the mousse will thicken.

Beat until stable foam is formed, pour into molds, send to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
