Making minced meat roll with filling:
Step 1: prepare the pork.

We transfer the prepared minced meat back to a large bowl and add the bread mass, chopped onion, eggs, as well as salt and a mixture of ground peppers to taste. Do not forget to stir in the improvised inventory (so that the components do not burn at the base of the pan), fry the filling to a soft golden color. At the end, turn off the burner and let the vegetables and mushrooms cool down a bit.
Step 11: prepare the minced meat roll with the filling.
We cover the kitchen table with a piece of baking paper. On top of it we lay out the minced meat and roll out the cake with the help of a rolling pin.
