Step 5: prepare the apples.


We wash the apples well under running warm water, wipe them with kitchen paper towels and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the fruit in half. Then we cut each part into two more pieces and after that we remove from each core with seeds. Attention: if desired, you can also peel the apples from the peel (this is if it is very hard). Now cut each piece of the component into thin slices and transfer to a small bowl.
