Making a light salad with breast:

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.

Thoroughly wash the chicken fillet under running warm water and then put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, films, cartilage and fat. Step 4: prepare the apple.

We wash the apple well under running warm water and then put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, peel the fruit from the skin and then cut it in half. From each piece we remove the seed box and the stalk.

Next, using a coarse grater, we rub the apple directly on the cutting board and then move it to a free plate.
