Cooking chicken cutlets with cheese in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare hard cheese.

There are two ways to grind cheese to prepare such patties. First: using a coarse grater, we rub directly on the cutting board and after that we transfer it to a free plate.

Second: just put the cheese on a cutting board and use a knife to cut into small cubes. After that, put it on a plate. You can choose any of these options, anyway the dish will turn out to be tasty and aromatic. The only thing is that cheese cubes during the preparation of meatballs may not melt so quickly, so they will probably be caught during a meal.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and then rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the vegetable on a cutting board and finely chop into cubes. Shredded component is transferred to a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare bell peppers.

We rinse the bell pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the vegetable into cubes and transfer to a free plate. You can also grind the component with a coarse grater, but this is according to your desire.

We shift them into a deep plate and fill them with warm milk, holding the Turk with kitchen gloves. We set the container aside so that the bread absorbs milk and softened. If desired, you can also mash the bakery product with a fork until smooth.

Step 6: prepare the chicken fillet.

We carefully wash the chicken fillet under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, cartilage and fat. Then cut into small pieces and transfer to a clean plate.

To cook minced chicken, you can use a meat grinder or a blender. In the first case, we use a device with a fine lattice. In the second - put the meat pieces in pieces in a blender bowl and grind everything at medium speed.

Step 7: prepare the chicken cutlets with cheese in a slow cooker.

In a medium bowl we spread soft bread, minced chicken, chopped onions, bell pepper, cheese and, if desired, finely chopped greens. Salt and pepper everything to taste and, using a tablespoon, mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Pour breadcrumbs into a free deep plate. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker pan. Now, with slightly wet hands we take a little mincemeat and form a cutlet from it. Bake the dish on all sides in breadcrumbs and after - put in the crock-pot. Repeat the same procedure from start to finish with the remaining meat. Turn on the appliance, cover and fry the patties 15-20 minutes each from each side. Attention: after the dish is fried on one side, open the lid and turn it over to the other side using a wooden spatula.
We transfer the finished chicken cutlets with cheese to a flat dish and can serve it to the dining table.
