Ingredients for making turkey meatballs

The main

  1. Ground turkey meat 800 g
  2. Onion 2 pcs.
  3. Garlic 3 tooth.
  4. Parsley 1 beam.
  5. Bread 1 scrap.
  6. Milk 50 ml.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Ground black pepper to taste.

Sauce

  1. Cream 10% 50 ml
  2. Sour cream 15% 150 g
  3. Dill 2 tbsp. l
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking turkey meatballs:

Cut the crust from bread, pour milk.

Finely chop the onion.

Chop the parsley.

Combine minced meat, onion, parsley, bread soaked in milk, minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

To beat off the mince we take a lump of minced meat in our hands and throw it on the bottom of the bowl so that it forms a cake. Repeat about 7 times. So the stuffing will be sticky and will keep in shape.

We form meatballs with wet hands. We spread it in a heat-resistant form.

Mix cream, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour sauce with meatballs.

Cover with foil and send to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Ready meatballs are served hot. Enjoy your meal!
