Cooking chicken breasts with vegetables and soy sauce:

Step 1: prepare the chicken breast.


First, clean the chicken breast from skin and bones, then rinse and cut into thin slices, preferably strips.

Step 2: prepare the vegetables.


Peel the carrots, then rinse and cut with a special knife into very thin strips, preserving the width of the whole vegetable.
Wash the cabbage, dry and chop very thinly.
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.

Step 3: fry the chicken.


Heat olive oil in a pan and fry finely chopped garlic in it, mixing it with ground red pepper. Warm everything together for several minutes, literally until the aroma appears.
Add the chopped chicken breasts to the pan and fry over high heat until the water evaporates. Do not forget to stir. After the water has gone, fry the chicken a little more so that all the pieces change their color.

Step 4: add the vegetables.


Throw vegetables into the pan and continue cooking together over high heat for 8 minutesstirring often. Cabbage and carrots should not become very soft, they should retain some of the crunch.

Step 5: add soy sauce.


Combine tomato paste, soy sauce and starch diluted in a little cold water. Pour this mixture into the pan.
Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
At the end of cooking, pepper and salt to taste chicken breasts with vegetables and soy sauce, and then serve your chic dish to the table.
